First visit
This hospital operates primarily on an appointment basis.
Reception hours are from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
Please bring a referral letter from your attending physician when you visit.
You must schedule an appointment for your initial visit through the referring medical institution before coming to the hospital. Please note that patients without a referral letter and an appointment cannot be seen.
Patient Fees for Initial and Follow-up Visits at a Designated Advanced Treatment Hospital
In exceptional circumstances, patients may be permitted to receive care without a referral letter. However, in addition to standard initial or follow-up consultation fees, an additional charge of ¥7,700 for medical departments or ¥5,500 for dental departments is required.
Medical Expenses for Foreign Patients Not Enrolled in Japanese Public Health Insurance
If you are not enrolled in Japanese public health insurance, regardless of your nationality, you will not be covered by insurance and will be responsible for the full cost of medical expenses. Therefore, our hospital will calculate medical expenses at 30 yen per point based on the medical fee (self-pay medical fee) stipulated by the health insurance system. Thank you for your understanding.

・Appointment confirmation slip
・Medical questionnaire
・Body temperature record sheet
・Medical information report (referral letter)
・Test images, etc. (film, CD, etc.)
・My Number Card (or proof of health insurance eligibility)
・Various medical benefit certificates
・Our hospital’s patient registration card (if you have one)
・Medication notebook (if you have one)

Please bring your patient registration card and your My Number Card (or proof of health insurance eligibility).
If you arrive before reception opens at 8:00 AM, please follow the directions and take a seat while you wait.
After checking in at the automated kiosk for returning patients, please proceed to the reception counter for the department you are visiting.
