By Bus

  • Dotemachi Loop Bus
    The Dotemachi Loop Bus operates daily every 10 minutes from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (until 5:00 PM during the winter season).
    The bus stop is located directly in front of the hospital’s main entrance.
  • From Hirosaki Station
    Take the bus from Bus Stop No. 6 at the Central Exit of Hirosaki Station.
    Get off at “University Hospital.”
    Approximate travel time: 20 minutes

By Car

Paid parking is available. Please follow staff instructions while on the premises.

  • Main Parking Lot (Ground & Underground): Up to 237 vehicles
  • Multi-story Parking Lot (in front of the Advanced Emergency and Critical Care Center): Capacity for up to 223 vehicles
  • Second Parking Lot (in front of the Graduate School of Health Sciences): Capacity for up to 43 vehicles

Parking Fees

Parking is available around the clock.

The first 30 minutes are free.
After that, parking fees are charged as follows:
Fee: ¥200 per hour

Maximum daily charge: ¥2,000
If your parking duration exceeds 24 hours, an additional fee of ¥200 per hour will apply.

Parking Fee Discount

After receiving the parking discount,  the parking fee will be ￥200 for the first hour after validation.
After the first hour, an additional ¥200 will be charged for each hour.

Discount Procedure:

  1. Pay your hospital bill at the payment counter.
  2. Prepare your receipt or same-day medical visit certificate together with your parking ticket.
  3. Have your ticket validated at the Parking Ticket Validation Counter located in the central waiting hall on the 1st floor of the outpatient building.

Important Notes on Parking

  • Visitor parking is limited and may become crowded. Please use public transportation (train, bus, or taxi) whenever possible.
  • To help reduce congestion, please arrive close to your scheduled appointment time.
  • Parking may be full during busy hours. Please do not wait on nearby streets, as this may block traffic and inconvenience local residents. If the parking lot is full, please use nearby paid parking lots that not affiliated with the hospital.
  • Visitor parking is intended primarily for outpatient visitors. Please refrain from using the parking lots unless you have business at the hospital. Inpatients are also requested not to use the parking lots.
