From Fire to AI: The Inventive Mind of Humans – Brian

In this seminar, we will explore the evolution of the human mind by focusing on creativity and our ability to blend concepts together, extend concepts in new ways, and solve problems. We will trace the trajectory of human inventions from fire to language to AI and for each one consider its impact on human evolution (culture, society, the environment) and how it changed the physiology of  human body,  particularly the brain.
