1. The right to receive fair and equitable care<\/span><\/h2>\n

Patients have the right to receive high-quality medical care in a fair and equitable manner, regardless of their illness, background, or social status.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. The right to make informed decisions<\/span><\/h2>\n

Patients have the right to receive sufficient information from healthcare professionals and to make informed decisions regarding their care. This includes the right to consent to or refuse medical treatment and to seek care from another healthcare provider or medical institution.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The right to information and explanation<\/span><\/h2>\n

Patients have the right to receive clear, sufficient, and understandable explanations regarding their medical condition, diagnostic tests, treatment plans, associated risks, alternative treatment options, and prognosis. Patients also have the right to access their medical records.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. The right to privacy and confidentiality<\/span><\/h2>\n

Patient Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Medical care is a collaborative effort between patients and healthcare professionals. Patients are expected to actively participate in their care and assume the following responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. To provide accurate information and understand their care<\/span><\/h2>\n

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health condition, medical history, and lifestyle to healthcare professionals. Patients are also expected to make reasonable efforts to understand their condition and the care provided.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. To follow hospital rules and respect others<\/span><\/h2>\n

Patients are expected to comply with hospital rules and follow the instructions of healthcare staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all. Patients should respect the rights and privacy of other patients. In cases of disruptive behavior (such as violence, abusive language, or harassment), appropriate actions, including discharge, may be taken.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. To participate actively in their care<\/span><\/h2>\n

Patients are expected to cooperate with agreed-upon diagnostic tests and treatment plans to which they have given informed consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. To fulfill financial responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n
